Breakfast amongst the sandy giants of Sossusvlei, and if you are truly daring, climb Big Daddy! Make sure to ware closed shoes, and if you plan to climb, do so as early as possible, as the desert sand can become scorching hot in minutes. You can also take the short walk to the famous Deadvlei for some spectacularly serene and abstract photo opportunities. On your way out, stop at Sesriem canyon, and go for a rock pool swim to cool from the blistering sun above.
Go on a two-to-three-hour drive with our guides. Wonder at the strange creatures, vast landscapes and endless skies. Drinks are supplied on the drive, best times are early morning and afternoons.

Take a trip into the desert to see the small five with experienced guides, drive to sandwich harbour on a road less travelled, with its desert mysteries, or climb on the back of a camel and let the Bedouin in you lose! The guided drives take a full day, while camel rides are about an hour, there are also options for fatbike desert trips, or quad-bike tours.
Departing from the Mole in Swakopmund, boat trips generally stay within view of the coast. You can request either a scenic trip or experience some Atlantic boat fishing with our experienced skipper. Boat trips generally last about three hours, but it does depend on the weather. Take jackets, as the wind on the Atlantic can get very cold.
